How does TC Drafting work?
Order Request. Complete the Order Request to the right. Upload relevant document(s). Monitor your inbox for an email scheduling your attorney phone call on the second business day after your Order Request has been processed.
First attorney phone call. Attorney calls to clarify your goals.
TC Drafting Days 1-10. Attorney drafts the document as agreed. Document delivered as an attachment to your inbox.
Second attorney phone call. Attorney calls at scheduled time. Plan for up to an hour to discuss the transaction and document and answer questions.
Pricing. Advance fee and hourly rates depend on where your parcel is located, and are determined by the Timely Contract certified attorney licensed in that jurisdiction. Timely Contract hourly rates reflect a 10% discount from the rates you would otherwise be charged by the same attorney.
Payment. Within minutes of submitting your Order Request, you'll receive a confirmation email with your Timely Contract attorney, the Advance Fee Agreement outlining the terms of your attorney-client relationship including advance fee and hourly rates, and payment instructions.
Expedited service is available. If you can't wait two business days to speak to an attorney, TC Review can be expedited. Include the word "Expedited" in the Goal(s) section of your Order Request for immediate attention to your matter. Expedited hourly rates are generally twice the hourly rate.
