Leased premises

Generally a written agreement signed by the parties, describing the area so it can be identified by both parties. If not the entire building or property contained in the legal description, an exhibit with a floorplan or site plan should be included to show exactly what part of the building or property is being leased, and what parts the tenant will have access to.
