The title company gives you all sorts of maps and documents pertaining to your perspective property but no substantive explanation as to what they mean or how that might effect you as the property owner. I am sooo thankful for the Timely Contract TIER review that Art Macomber performed for myself and my husband on our future home. All we had to do was provide the documents given to us by the title company and he analyzed them (with an impressive turn around time I might add), told us where the boundary lines were and what easements were on the property, what that would meant to us as the owners, how that may effect our future use of the property, as well as recommend what would be most important to address with our parcel of interest. All of the information was outlined in a concise document in plain English that was easily read and understood. Now, we are armed with the knowledge and confidence to sign the purchase and sale agreement knowing what we are getting into - above and beyond the information provided in the title report. We are incredibly thankful we invested in a TIER for the purchase of our first home and will honestly not purchase another property WITHOUT having one done.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. When you need legal paperwork drafted for real estate and property, you will find this process quite convenient.   I needed a Road Users agreement and an easement drafted to continue my project and they are able to do it over the phone and computer in 10 days.   To get another lawyer to do it would require an appointment and office visits then drafting the paperwork which would take much longer and require me to set up times to go an meet during business hours.

Uploaded the documents that I wanted reviewed, had a preliminary call with the attorney to set the stage and outline my goals and expectations, the attorney reviewed their process and deliverables, we agreed to proceed, and 4 business days later I had my results - exactly as stated. There was a scheduled, follow-up call with the attorney to review the delivered results, and go over any questions that might have arisen following my review of their deliverable.
