Our Story
After conducting thousands of client interviews, real estate attorney Art Macomber grew disheartened by the number of avoidable legal issues his clients faced—problems that could’ve been prevented for “pennies on the dollar” before the close of escrow.
Timely Contract was conceived out of a determination to change the way the legal industry serves homebuyers, sellers, and associated industries like title and real estate brokerage.
Art teamed up with MBA and spouse Leslie Macomber to create Timely Contract, an online platform providing homebuyers and sellers access to attorneys equipped to provide fast, actionable legal advice during the real estate transaction.
With five million real estate transactions annually, the need for timely legal advice is here to stay. At Timely Contract, we’re committed to helping homebuyers and sellers avoid legal nightmares and achieve the American dream of home ownership.
