How Does Timely Contract® Work?
How it Works
1
Fill out an Attorney Call Request (ACR)
Click the Request a Free Call with an Attorney button to answer questions about the property, describe your legal concern, and select up to three TC Certified®attorneys to receive the ACR.
Is there a charge for submitting an ACR?
No. There’s never a charge for submitting an ACR.
2
Attorneys receive your ACR
The TC Certified® attorneys you selected process your Attorney Call Request, including the performance of a conflict check.
What if I’m conflicted out?
By selecting three attorneys, your chances of finding an attorney with no disqualifying relationship to the party in opposition to you is maximized.
3
Callbacks
Callbacks occur within two business days. The first business day after you transmit the ACR is counted as day number one. If you transmit on a Monday, expect callbacks by end-of-day Wednesday.
What if I don’t get a callback?
In the unlikely event one of your selected attorneys does not call back, it’s highly unlikely that all three will not call back. Select more than one attorney to assure at least two callbacks.
Review the information below to better understand what type of legal concern you have. The documents listed below are common sources of legal problems, the type of legal problems TC Certified attorneys can help with!
