Selling Real Estate Step 3: Home Inspection.

Home inspection is generally done by the buyer. However, sellers who have their homes inspected gain valuable information regarding negative information that 1) could decrease the home’s market value, and 2) turn-off qualified buyers. Use this information to make common-sense repairs that solidify the ask price or your home, rather than making yourself vulnerable to hard-nosed negotiating tactics on the part of a buyer. Negotiate from strength by knowing everything there is to know about your real estate.
